Solidarity with the Iranian Workers’ Movement Committee was established in December 2022.

The aims of the Committee are to to provide briefings and information on struggles in Iran, mobilise support and solidarity with the revolutionary uprising and against rights violations and facilitate direct links between workers’ organisations in the UK and workers’ organisations in Iran.

The Committee is chaired by John McDonald MP.

* Invite a speaker from the Committee to address your local group.
* Join rallies and public meeting to highlight the situation in Iran and help mobilise support and solidarity.

The establishment of the Committee was first discussed at a 28 November 2022 meeting in parliament chaired by John McDonald, MP.
